Mills Silvers at Nationals

Sacramento – BAS Athletics’ Michaelyn Mills added to her Bronze in Javelin last year by bringing home a silver in the Hammer this year at JO Nationals. With her most recent throws, and the graduation of three Puget Sound seniors, it places her as the top ranked hammer thrower in the Washington State high schools.
Weidman Goes 73.74!
Clip Of Weidman In Action Ryan Weidman of BAS Athletics/CCS unleashed a rocket last Friday that measured 73.74 meters. The throw virtually guarantees a spot at the 2011 US National Championships in Eugene Oregon.
